Go into any gym and you will be sure to see at least one exercise bike. Usually you can jump on one straight away, unless a group cardio or circuit lesson is underway.

With the advances in exercise bike designs we can now have one at home. These are nowhere as big and clunky as the commercial ones found in most gyms. Home models can be as small as a mini exerciser, or a full size fold up bike that slides away under your bed or in your closet.
